day 03 --> favorite tv show: Stargate:SG-1
The Stargate theme song sung by the producers/directors :D Let's flail and recount some of the best moments of this show :D
1.18 "Solitudes"
I love this episode for its science and for Jack/Sam. Yea, science makes for a hot show :D

2.21 "1969"
Oh man, season 2 had some great episodes. In the end, I picked "1969" because it was psychedelic :D
I will forever remember Daniel saying, "I speak 23 languages, pick one."
The whole time travel and solar flare things are really close to my heart for some reason:) And General Hammond knowing and young!Hammond and Jack's interrogation scene <3333

3.06 "Point of View"
Another Jack/Sam episode; another encounter with an alternate universe that definitely brings possibilities of the way things could have ended...
I loved the Tok'ra storyline btw, but I love this episode more;)
4.06 "Window of Opportunity"
Another way to explore things the producers/writers wish they could do but can't on the show...by using timeloops :D

4.10 "Beneath the Surface"
One of the best AUs that is not really an AU, ever! :D
5.13 "Proving Ground"
FUN! :D
Grace Park/Boomer/Helena from BSG guests, and it's just super fun watching sg-1 conduct a training thing for future teams. And you think all is fine and dandy until there's a foothold incident at the SGC and it's up to the training teams to help SG-1 out...oooo, but there's a twist ;)
5.21 "Meridian"
The episode where we realize that there's no turning back for Daniel. There is no human more worthy than Daniel to ascend. He will turn into pure energy and exist in that form. He will know great things about the universe, but he cannot intervene. He wants to help, and thinks he can, but we'll see.
Pure sadness and beauty in this episode ♥
6.06 "Abyss"
The episode that means a whole lot to me :D
The fanvid that made me fall in love with Nickel Creek and this songI missed Daniel ♥
And come on, besting acting between Jack/Ba'al ever! :D
6.19 "The Changling"
Chris Judge wrote the story for this :D Probably just so he could act with Michael again, but seeing him as a the psychologist of this episode was excellent ;) Another one to warm the heart :)
BEST SEASON EVER!
7.17-18 "Heroes Part 1 and 2"
Another incredibly amazing and sad and beautiful episode. A lot of the actors of this series connect to this episode, because it gathered the essence of the show and all its characters into one storyline. The interviews were fun, dodging the interviewer was fun, there were touching moments, and there were silent moments. Moments to thank the military, scientists of all branches, people in the medical field, the anthropologists, the technicians, the civilians, artists...just a lovely episode ♥
7.21-22 "Lost City Part 1 and 2"
The Ancient Knowledge Depository is one of the best plot devices and story lines ever!
Even when it threatens the life of one of our beloved team members, it gets things moving! :D
This was the second time this has happened to Jack so we know sorta what to expect. The special effects/cgi for this particular episode is phenomenal!
*I just went and watched this two-parter cliffhanger*
"Sir, the clue for 3 down is the atomic weight of Boron. It's ten." Sam glances down at crossword puzzle in her hands.
"You wrote fat."
LMAO yes!
"For 23 down, the clue is celestial body. He put down Uma Thurman." Ohjeez <3
8.18 "Threads"
Lot's of stuff goes on at once in "Threads"
While Daniel is battling in some plane with Anubis and Oma and other ascended beings, Sam is struggling with her dad being sick and moving on from a relationship...and we have no idea what's going to happen to the bad guys...
Here's naked Daniel in a flag:)
"8.19-20 "Moebius Part 1 and 2"
"Moebius" is another 'fun' episode, because SG-1 uses a puddle jumper to go back in time to get something...can't remember now, and well, the current timeline is messed up and SG-1 has to be re-assembled. The individuals who make up SG-1 are sorta on their separate paths so gathering them is the fun part :P
"And just because my reproductive organs are on the inside instead of the outside, doesn't mean I can't handle whatever you can handle--
Ohgod, who would ever say that?!"
LOL, YOU :P
9.13 "Ripple Effect"
13 Sam's and counting :D
It must have taken lots of maneuvering, especially since all of them convened in one room, and so lots of possibilities and angst and hope and :D
Here's Ben in "The Road Not Taken"
Sam, in her geeky rush, forgets to put the sign up and Cam get's zapped :D
Look at her cheeky grin ♥
10.06 "200"
Basically the 200th episode and Martin Lloyd comes back with ideas to make a tv show about SG-1 in hopes of throwing people off 'Oh, if they're broadcasting this, the SGC can't really be real" sorta thing ^^
SG-1 humors him and so lots of funny spoofs come about, including ones on Star Trek and Farscape :P
You have to make fun of yourselves or it's no fun. Come on, scifi has its 'wtf, laughable' moments and so "200" allows them to acknowledge it and move on ;)
10.20 "Unending"
And a fitting title at that :)
There were so many more episodes I didn't mention, but I still love them all dearly ♥
