Dont think about the money. If the pay was the same for both jobs which one would you do? Thats the one that will be be better and make you happier in the long run.
I don't know if this is too late, but here's my two cents: the company you were working for didn't offer you a raise or a senior position until the day before you were scheduled to leave. Did they not recognize your value until you made a move to leave? It sounds like it, and it sounds to me like if they really valued all of your work, they would have given you an offer either before you quit or more quickly after you said you were leaving.
You have had a lot of us and downs with the current company. It might be time to try something else (especially because you sound very excited about it).
