I'm worst, I'm stuck at step 2, cause I can't find the selective colouring part ><||||

haha no!
okay so at the very top in the menu bar find an option that says layer, click on it and a drop down menu will appear then click on new adjustment layer then pick selective coloring. you get? if you still have problems ask me.
