you can find it in the layer box, in blending options :D

go to windows and make sure that 'layers' is checked, if it's not click on it then the layer palette will pop up. at the top of the layer palette it'll give you drop down options.

every version of photoshop has it, if you don't see it, maybe you're in the history tab, or path tab, just click on layer.
