The first days
Not what I expected at all.
The house is a tip, but there's potential; I can thank mum for teaching me all those Domestic Charms after all. I suspect I'm going to have to start getting everybody doing things, because those Slytherins aren't likely to help if they can avoid it.
Speaking of Slytherins, I'm stuck sharing with Draco; ugh! At least George is in there too; If I were Mr Malfoy, I'd check my bed *very* carefully every night.
Surprisingly, Rita Skeeter seems to be co-operating with everyone, rather than attempting to dig up dirt; I'm glad, the last thing any of us need are Character Assassination pieces. And she's right; you *do* forget you're being watched by the whole wizarding community...
Right, time for us to get on with the task at hand. Neville will help, bless him; and apparently, Daphne Greengrass knows some housekeeping spells as well.
