What does this entail? Well, you must write something you never/rarely do! Those characters you don't like, that you skip over fic for, that you avoid putting in ships? WRITE ABOUT 'EM. That ship that ruins your OTP that you simply can't stomach at all? WRITE ABOUT IT. This is supposed to break people out of those writing niches that fandom seems to fall so hard into!
Here's how to play. You can either:
1. Write a fic about a character/pairing that you don't like/never write about and post the link in a comment here, OR
2. Suggest some characters/pairings/ideas in the comments here and let someone else pick up on one of them (but you have to pick one that you wouldn't normally write on your own!!). This means you can suggest a pairing that gets little love in fandom, or your personal OTP that you write a lot and no one else does.
This is supposed to challenge you! This is supposed to make you think twice about characters you have written off in your head! This is also supposed to break fandom a bit from this 'OTP, niche' problem where people get rutted into the same ideas/characters/pairings all the time.

Give me a pairing, character, group, whatever, and a prompt. All FF fandoms except XI are good, with the following caveats:
*I am not Revenant-Wings compliant because I deny the existence of that atrocity
*Although I bought Crisis Core at release, I haven't played it
*My Japanese skills are atrocious and therefore I cannot do Before Crisis (fuck you in the EYE, FF7 Complication Canon) or FF4: The After
*Incest squicks me hard. I know this is the out-of-your-comfort-zone meme, but I might throw up if you prompt me for that, and you definitely won't get fic out of it.
*Otherwise, go nuts!
