It's been a fairly quiet weekend; I went to the dentist yesterday and got a big green check mark, then hit the grocery store on the way home and spent the rest of the evening playing video games. I'm nearing the end of FFX HD (as of last night I can go beat Sin whenever I want; currently I'm beating my head against the wall of "I am out of Level 3 Key Spheres and everything in the Omega Ruins is killing me." Mostly this is because everything in Zanarkand punched me in the heart so hard that I don't have the will to do the final dungeon. This game hurts.
I made some red beans and rice for dinner (and to be our lunches this week), and I'm looking forward to my day off on Tuesday. It's starting to feel like maybe I don't have to be running 65mph all the time; it's almost like I have time to breathe. Finally. It's been quite a year, but apparently I can now take it a little easier and eat tasty food and watch football games.
And this football game has hit the truly ludicrous, considering it's 35-0 and we're not even to halftime yet. Good job, Green Bay.
I'm behind on my editing this month, but overall I'm okay with that. I got a fair chunk done during productivity party on Friday, and I think I'll do better this week. I've answered about 10% of my worldbuilding questions/notes-to-self, and that's a good start.
