So
this recipe for apricot-Dijon pork chops. I made it tonight with thin-sliced chicken breasts, which I DRAMATICALLY overcooked (5 min/side on medium-high is way too much), but the sauce is so delicious I basically do not care. (I like Budget Bytes in general; this recipe is definitely on the list of total winners.
