What I did accomplish today: 906 HP damage words written on the The Beast That Won't Fucking Die aka Every Light, and prelim edits on Chapter 3 of same.
What I did not accomplish today: anything else of use, except finishing reading The Thief by Megan Whalen Turner, starting Amanda Downum's The Drowning City, and breaking my work computer's DVD drive. (I somehow busted the latch and spring that makes it open? The button doesn't work. And it no longer latches if I nudge it closed softly and gently. Guess what my current project is? BURNING A SHIT TON OF DVDs.)

Ahem. I managed 10,000 words (which, while not my goal, is far better than the last two months.) I did three fics for
newgameplus, which partially explains why I did not write for
yuri_challenge or
areyougame. It also explains my lack of 5K, but I did manage 2K on Every Light and also edited Chapter 3 for Cel and Sev to beat up, so.
Other goals:
In terms of video games, I cleared Suikoden II, Infinity Blade, and Crisis Core, and bought two games (DA2 and Dissidia Duodecim.) Since I was dead even on the purchase-vs-beat count last month, I am now one ahead! Hurrah. Game score +1.
In terms of yoga/better self-treatment, the fabulous cold/sinus issues did not leave me much room for that, but I did at least do one session of yoga. :|
In terms of money: I paid my taxes like a good kitty and made a large payment on my credit cards, as well as paying next quarter's tuition in cash (instead of credit) and paying for my forthcoming iPad 2 in cash. \o/
