1. Go through my fic index and pick out a sentence from one of my stories. (Options: Fanfiction.net, 
rose_in_winter, AO3. The Pit has some of my oldest stuff, and Rose In Winter is fully up to date minus those oldest stories, which were before I discovered LJ and also they are terrible.)
2. I'll try to guess what story it's from (and, if you want, I'll give you some backstory or DVD-commentary for the excerpt).
3. If I guess wrong, you get to ask me for a drabble (character, situation, prompt word, whatever).
NB: I am assuming you are all going to be nice and pick sentences longer than, say, two words. =p I'm good, but there are a fair number of stories I've written that include such gems as "She sighed." or something of that nature.
(This is going to be my reward for having slogged through 2000 words today. 2k more before I'm allowed to quit. I figure by then I'll only have 3K or so to go to finish out my "jesus christ it's a lion"-quality draft for
hardmode.
