(no subject)
Here I am, yet again at 1:00am, unable to sleep.. And again, Beth is sound asleep in bed.. The poor thing was tired all day.. Not much new to report, except "Little Dude" is doing well and getting bigger every day! I still think it's strange and wild and wonderful that I'm going to be a father in only a few months (well, less than 7, really!)
Beth's dad and his girlfriend took us out for an engagement/baby dinner last night. It was this pretty cool Italian place near the Old Mill. Unfourtunately, as it was Italian, it left little for Beth to choose from to eat, as she can't deal well with either pasta or cheese. She's got a sensitive tummy! It was a nice evening.
We're going up to Timmins (yay!) for the week to have a much needed get away.. It will be strange being there, as I'm not sure really what's there, except Beth's mom and her bother visiting, too, and some retarded Shania Twain monument. Yay, Shania Twain. In case you couldn't figure that out, that was in fact, laced with sarcasm. It will be a fun trip, regardless.
Well, I'm going to try to get some sleep soon.. Hopefully!
