Well, I truly hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday seasons, regardless of how you choose to acknowledge it. Myself, it was indeed nice, surprisingly so. D has been on vacation for the past week, and I have been able to spend more time with him this week than in the past 3 months. Though, it also included him leaning over my shoulder, laughing

Then open them in XP wordpad?
I find that really confusing if you have tried and failed considering I don't have Word (poor home edition here) and have never had issues opening docs from you.
HAHA! I'm sure it's a beautiful machine and you have convinced me to just get myself a new tower later this year. After the laptop. Meh, this thing is 4... 3(?) years old now and was basic when I bought it cos I'd never been on the internet before that and had NO IDEA what I would be in for, so it really is surprising it has served me this long.

Thanks for the two you've put up. Now, if my connection ever wants to work itself out, I'll be able to DL them. (OMFGRARRR you lot over there just have no idea how bad our ISPs are here.)
As for the Goldfrapp, sounds like something I'd like to have on my playlists to break the skullfucking stuff up a bit. I like Air, but I prefer Portishead's first album. Go figure. I like the second too, but meeeeeeeeh. I dunno - I think that just may be familiarity. More memories attached to 'Dummy' or something.

Ack, that's actually what i had meant. Luckily i had a trial version of Microsoft Office so i could open, and remake. But i hate that you have to install a new software to fix it, all because of sp2, which diabled the rtf(?) formatting. I was starting to get, as I said "concerned" but just finshed doing a search on google and that's where i found the above info.
If I may ask, what did you use to open documents from me? i might just be missing something really obvious....
I'll go ahead and add the goldfrapps to the list too, but am not sure if you had wanted the Air's full albums either? I can also post one mp3 to see if it's a group you might want more of. As for Dummy, oh gods yes, I agree with you one hundren percent on the association of it, it's an album that was played in heavy roatation in my house when I was in my teens, between me and my roomate,LOL..hell even D knows the album when he hears it,lol.
OHHHHHHH, speaking of D picking up on wtf stuff, he yelled at the dogs this week and said and I quote "next one of you who gets up is gonna get my metal"
....
My I add, he hates manson
....
LOL, anywho, let me know if you would prefer me to use a different upload site, as I know everyone seems to get better results with different sites.
You should get another tower. Because I said so.
Nice icon by the way, and too perfect for the occasion.

*you have no idea of the maniacal laughter coming from me right now*
Your D is almost as cool as my kids. ;)

I used wordpad. I haven't had Word since shit... the great motherboard meltdown of Xmas 2003 when I lost my *cough*copy*cough* of MS office.
As for the tunes, yeah, chuck in some Air for me. I occasionally need shit like that... it's like cleansing your palate by easting fruit during a rich meal. Or some shit. ANYWAY.
Glad you like the Sisters. Was listening to them this morning and was all like, "now why haven't I immortalised them in at least one of my icons yet?" so did a hack up 5 muinute job resizing the image. YAY effort!
