FIRST TEA HOUSE OF THE SEMESTER
...was absolutely amazing. There were so many people there! Most of them had come over from the Open Mic Night next door to get free drinks, but a couple actually stuck around until it was over! And the freshman! They were so...fresh! Like a spring breeze. I actually gave advice to one freshman, so I guess all my terrors and mess ups re:college paid off for someone other than myself as well!
Also saw linkhs and ploexe123 again for the first time in months! linkhs actually jumped over a couple of chairs on her way to hug me, and I nearly fell over with her from the impact. This somehow turned into a group hug. I HAVE AMAZING FRIENDS.
We also came up with a new band name: Texan Anal Shots. I think? I don't know, it was mondaymorning5 idea, as all these things tend to be.
Ran into some drunk people, and a guy overheard us on the bus when we were discussing the unfortunate AWESOME band name. Awkward moments in public places! I live for these.
After we came back, we threw money on the cat (Because I had forgotten my ID. It makes sense in context) and took pictures of him JUST BECAUSE. KITTY. Still allergic, as I learned when I rubbed my eyes after petting him earlier today. Ahahaha.
I didn't drink caffeinated tea at Tea House, but tea_destroyer made Puer tea before we left (We drink tea before going to drink tea. It's what we do). It's starting to wear off now that I'm no longer surrounded by high energy people, and because it's two-thirty in the morning and I've been up since nine. But my mattress came in today! So my mom and I can sleep on it! And not the floor! Wooooo!
