As most of you probably know, I participate in something called
Friday Night Improv, an all audience participation improvisational comedy show that happens every Friday night during the Pitt's academic year! I go and participate often enough that the show's host knows my name and people recognize me as that girl from FNI. I am uncertain as to whether or not I count as a regular yet.
At any rate, things happen at FNI! Unplanned things! Because it's improv! One of the things that happened this night was a game in which we take someone's day and turn it into a Shakespearean tragedy. I love this game because even though I fail with the language, it's an excuse for me to act snooty, and I never pass up a chance to act snooty.
Anyway, at the end of the game, I got kissed. By an older woman. On stage. Out of the blue. It was my first kiss.
I always thought that if I didn't get my act together and start dating, my first kiss would be on stage; I didn't expect to be right. I ought to listen to myself more often. I haven't a clue as to how I'm going to tell my mother I kissed a woman during an unplanned skit during a public show held in a basement on a Friday night.
Also, snow is finally beginning to lose its appeal.
