EZ-bar curl 8 @ 70

DB tricep extension 8 @ 35

DB incline hammer curls 5 @ 35, 8 @ 20, 8 @ 30

‘6 minute abs’

post work-out stretch and 500 ml of chocolate milk

Warm-ups

Snatch-grip deadlift (12 objective) 11 @ 135, 10 @ 135, 8 @ 135 (I had grip problems and that limited me) stet

Barbell lunge 8 @ 100 increase

Cable Abs 12 @ 27.5, 12 @ 37.5

DB RDL 8 @ 60, 8 @ 70 increase

X-body mountain climber 12

Reverse Curls 10 @ 30, 10 @ 40 increase

Calf Raise 15 @ 55 two sets, increase

‘6 minute abs’

post work-out stretch and 500 ml of chocolate milk

I have cut back a bit on my eating and I am noticing more definition in my abs so I figure I am losing fat.  There is way too little time to get a six pack (never had one anyway) before the contest closes but it would be nice to have a bit more definition.  In retrospect I wonder if I should have eaten less or else done a few weeks of fat loss at the beginning before the mass building phase.
