I have cut back a bit on my eating and I am noticing more definition in my abs so I figure I am losing fat. There is way too little time to get a six pack (never had one anyway) before the contest closes but it would be nice to have a bit more definition. In retrospect I wonder if I should have eaten less or else done a few weeks of fat loss at the beginning before the mass building phase.
