Discussing this, several of us have come to the conclusion that Medievals would not see something that created desire as creating a rape situation, but that any secondary effets created in that encounter, such as the use of sorcery, the defilement of virginity, or the violation of marriage, would all be legitimate and punishable crimes, though I have yet to find a critical body of evidence for this.
