Jewel was one of Brian's family dogs. She wasn't a big dog. She was on the small side for a beagle. A little chunky. We called her the sausage dog. Jewel was a very friendly dog. When I got to work this morning I actually thought 'Wow! Today is going to be a good day!'

Hate to be one of those people who only posts negative shit in their LJ but man, I just hate everything about my life right now.

I am so beyond upset that NYC didn't get the Olympics. I didn't think we would, but still. I think we deserved it. The city worked SO HARD. There was this huge board with a countdown in the middle of Manhattan and everything. I mean freakin' China got it, there's no reason why we can't!
