What's my rush. What I need to learn takes decades, centuries. That I can buy, without him around. Him, or Mort, or anyone else who I know. But after that knowledge comes the application, which will take more time. More than anyone I'd want to help with what I'd learn has.

You should slow down, relax, and look at this objectively. She told you nothing you didn't already know, or suspect.

I fucking hate fel burns. Normal fire's bad enough. It's not like I enjoy being burned by a torch. But I'd take it over felfire.
