I ask because there are currently 17 project managers at work and from December 5th there will be 15 project manager jobs.
Or more precisely there will be 7 project manager jobs and 8 senior project manager jobs.
CVs to be submitted by Thursday, interviews the following week, decisions announced on Friday December 5th.
So by my reckoning, based purely on the numbers, I have a 88% chance of retaining a job and should that occur a 53% chance of getting a promotion and pay rise.....
No, doesn't make much sense to me either.
Suffice it to say that I will not be that sociable over the next couple of weeks.
