Let's talk about happier things!
1) Thank you so much for the snowmen cookies! ♥
2) Last day of work till the new year! \o/ This afternoon, I'm heading out of town on a road trip with my family! Destination, D-town! I'm so excited! (Thank you, starlingthefool for the road trip music! LIFE SAVER!) I won't have net access for about two days so if you're waiting on something from me, I promise I'm still working on it, but I might be AWOL for a little bit.

4) re: my back to back experience Sat: overall: FEELINGS, SO MANY FEELINGS, flailing, happy sighs, lots of laughter. Sherlock Holmes 2 was very entertaining and did you hear about the married couple thing? They are such a cute married couple! :D:D There were a few issues but I still really enjoyed it. JEREMY RENNER + GUNS (and Simon Pegg!) was AWESOME! Fun story, great characters, great team chemistry, JEREMY RENNER in a suit WITH GUNS, no overwhelming Cruise presence. Lovely! :D
5) sarea_okelani, who is the best ever, sent me a bunch of movies and TV show discs that I'm crazy excited about (BSG, Downton Abbey, GoT!!)! Thank you, Sarea! ♥ I wanted to bring everything with me on the trip but realistically, there's no way I'll have time to watch so I've restricted myself to Thor and SWAT for Reasons (very transparent reasons). gotta leave some time to watch Grimm, too, bc angelgazing, aredblush, and cthonical are very, very persuasive
6) Books: I'm currently reading Ben Aaronovitch's Midnight Riot (aka Rivers of London) and Justina Robson's Keeping it real based on recs from my lovely flist. Also reading Joanna Bourne's The Black Hawk and The girl who played with fire; if I have time, the Hunger Games trilogy is on my nook. I am ready for my vacation, y'all! :)

- Late night phone call by sparkledark - Arthur is an insomnia hotline operator and Eames is a late night caller. So wonderful! <3
