The end of the year is nearly upon us, and I have managed to find a few slivers of time today, in between bits of my 'the flat shall be (mostly) clean and tidy for the new year' frenzy to draft answers for 2015 to the 39 questions in the year meme.

Just in time for twelfth night, as the decorations were coming down, this weekend's Sunday lunch with the guys was followed by the distribution of our not-very-Secret Santa. So, yeah, I had an update mostly written in the first week of December, and then life got busy again, plus the having to fight off a pretty nasty attack of the headweasels. So, here follows an update which is as long as it is delayed...

So, as ever, it's been an age since I updated. Things are jogging along pretty well. The things which have most struck me as significant are as follows:

Work continues to be slightly annoying in that people at the school job (staff and governors both) are showing themselves to be less than stellar at getting back about any queries/producing papers ( Read more... )
