More flooding.
In case you want more information, Valley Flood Watch is a good site. They also have a few pictures from sandbagging and such. People are being evacuated in some places because the river might go over the dike height. They're saying 43 feet now. It's snowing outside. -
Man shot in the back at BART station while on the ground, being handcuffed.
On New Years Day, Oscar Grant was pulled down to the floor, face down, in a BART station. An officer put their knee onto Mr. Grant's head and neck. Another pulled out their gun and shot him in the back. He was unarmed, and absolutely not a threat to the officers. He died.
