Man, a lot has happened around here since I was online on Tuesday!

I worked my way through help_haiti and am crossing my fingers that I don't win all of the banner/LJ layout/wallpaper posts that I bid on. I want a new layout but I certainly don't want to win them all! Also bid on some other random things (too bad I don't need that hour of math tutoring!)

I loved hex series one. series two, while not long or anything (13 eps, I believe) took me aaaggggeeess to get through because it just didn't feel the same to me. but maybe I'm just weird.

I think the reason it's taken me so long to get back into is because other people have said the same as you. One of my friends felt like it was almost two different shows! But I can't put it off any longer now that it's up at the top of my list - and since it's worked that way up after all this time, who am I to boot it back down?

well, yeah actually. after the first few eps, it pretty much is a different show. I mean, still weirdness with ghosts and demons etc. but different- the characters change. and most of my favs were gone. 'cept jemima roper, who is lovely the whole series.

*though I loved the ending. not what I was expecting, or the way these things usually pan out. so I was pleasantly surprised.
