Unemployment
As of today and lasting until Tuesday of next week, I am unemployed. It feels GREAT. I'm gonna miss a lot of the people I worked with but 55 hours a week, a 30-45 minute commute and stress that could kill an elephant was getting out of hand.
I still don't know what to think of the new job, but I guess I am pretty excited to give it a shot. 40 hours a week is going to be a shock to the system. I don't know what I am going to do with myself. Should be interesting.
On another exciting note, I am going to California today. I've never been out west so I am very excited. We're going to catch a Gopher football game on Saturday (the main reason for the trip), San Francisco Giants baseball on Friday, Alcatraz, wine country and all that jazz.
Should be sweet. I'll be sure to post when I get back.
