Positive:
I got my alcohol problem under control
I fell in love, and apparently he likes me too

Negative:
Recent drug abuse (cocaine)
Bulimia
Weight gain (8 kilos since spring) Ugh I'm so ashamed
Lost my periods

I'm going low carb again (and low fat of course). Maximum 800 calories a day!
I want to be 49 kg at the end of this year!

Breakfast:
Black coffee & oatmeal with cinnamon, strawberries and apple

Snack:
rice cake w. PB and banana + cinnamon
Optional: Black coffee/tea
