There was a story on I think 'the secret', and it was of a spiritual teacher trying to help this man. This man had written this teacher that he was harassed at work, harassed when he walked for being gay, and people even harassed him as a comedian because he wasn't very good.
And the teacher told him, look at your email, you are pointing all of these things out, thereby summoning them to you.
So he told him to - re-write his life. And he wrote that he would be left alone at work, and people would really like him as a comedian, and he would be happy.
And so, at his work the people that harassed him either quit, stopped, or were fired. He wasn't harassed anymore walking down the street. And he got standing ovations for his comedy work.
What I want you to try to manifest, is a yellow marble. If you want to make it really interesting, I want you to try to manifest a yellow marble with a sunburst on it. I want you to visualize you holding it in your hand. Eventually you'll be given one or find one as you walk.
I used the same trick when I have to find things around my house, it works SOOO Well! A huge time saver let me tell you hehe.
Lastly, your emotions play a huge role in bringing things to you, whatever it may be.
Its kindof like having to be on the same frequency of the things you want for them to come to you. Like meteorology, the perfect conditions for certain weather, the perfect conditions for manifestations are
focus on what you want
That means, figuring out what you want, and that isn't the same as not wanting something to happen.
You will attract whatever you visualize in your future, if its a car crash, saying no to the car crash or fear of spiders or whatever will not block it. Just visualize what you want, whether its a safe ride, $300, happiness, or your perfect job. Then release it, or visualize you having it, but don't get frustrated when you don't have it yet or right away. That too blocks the energy. Eventually, when you relax, it will come to you much faster. Lastly, work on raising your energy level.
Look up Abraham-Hicks, and find a book on her in the library, she has a lot of really neat ideas I follow and that will help you on your path to raising your energy levels.
In her book or online, she explains that people have a range of energy levels, depression is the lowest, which makes sense, people feel so lacking in energy, then going up is hate, then anger, and so on until you are sad, dissappointed, bored, then optimistic, happy, joyful.
You cannot easily jump from being depressed to being happy or joyful. But you can usually raise your energy level 1 level a day.
So find that list, write it out, and try to focus on thoughts that bring you up.

Just work on a 1 percent improvement each day, be happy for the little joys, little successes, and they will grow. Pretty soon I will be calling your Arnold!
