I’m almost positive I have a sinus infection. I have all the classic symptoms: sinus headache, achy ears, mildly sore throat, low grade fever and general fatigue. However if I do and it goes untreated it can only get worse. If I don’t and manage to get the money to go see a doctor, it will only be a waste of money. Nothing much to report. I read a lot yesterday, though not as much as I would have liked too. I didn’t get anything done yesterday. I have taken on the task of getting EVERYTHING squared away. I’m so sick of the clutter. It is a lot of work but it is not really bothering me. My shoulder hurts but I am deal . I've been up maybe an hour. I have a paper to write today. I'm making a Sunday roast. It I get that much done I'll be happy. I hurt all over and all I really want is to go back to bed. I know it is a BAD plan. I should do wash, dishes and a general cleaing of the house. I won't. Not today.

I sat down and wrote a detailed to-do list. I made it in spread sheet format with what needs to be done, when it HAS to be done, when I plan on doing it and box to check when I get it done. It is Sunday which equals cleaning day for me. I have a lot to do, as always. I came home with a vacuum last weekend. Now my to do list has vacuum living room, office and bedroom on it.
