(no subject)
I've been reading over peoples journals, trying to solve the problems of the world, and i came across some stuff that I think is pretty truthful. People are constantly tested, you're tested when you put yourself in challengind positions, but mostly, you're tested when you least expect it. Call it God's plan, call it a buncha bullshit, whatever, but everyday..we have to re-affirm who we are. This leads me to what i found earlier.
-Push yourself to stay strong.(Physically, mentally, spiritually. The road to strenght builds off each individual weakness we have. And it's not a pretty process, but to be strong in your personality you have push.)
-Will yourself to be better.(You will be challenged against things. These things will make you choose the road you follow. You can fall into the potholes, become bogged down in pessimism, and spread the unhappiness. OR, you can use the potholes to bump you up higher, to be better than the filth of negativity.)
-Acknowledge setbacks as a part of life.(Shit happens. It might not be fair, it might not be what is 'supposed' to happen. But if you climb right to the top of the ladder with out a single slipup, what did you learn?)
-KNOW who you are, and stay true-regardless of what others believe about you.(Einstien was told he was an idiot. He knew better than that. Just because somthing is said 100 times does not make it true. You know how you feel, and no one on earth can make you feel badly without your consent. Know yourself, and when you feel yourself wanting to change for a reason other than YOU..remember, push yourself to stay strong)

Mindy always tells me that Dr.Suess quote that i'm going to misphrase, i'm sure but it goes somthing like this- Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind. - In the end, you'll see what really matters. The good sticks around, good friends, good memories, good times. Everything else is less than important..unless of course it's building character.;-) Have a good one! Have a lovely Easter!
