Normally I cook chicken in the crockpot on low for 4 hours. Today I notice at 2:45 that instead of putting it on low, I put it on warm instead.
It is now on low.
But what to do? Should I throw it out? I'm not sure what temperature the "warm" setting actually is. Has the chicken been out too long? Does it not matter so long as it's now cooked all the way?
EDIT: I called the USDA's food safety hotline. "Not safe". Bye bye, chicken.
