No, but, really, EVERY TIME I LISTEN:
Angelica! This dude has just straight up told you he will never be satisfied! You are also aware of why it would be socially disadvantageous to marry him and how he might just be blatantly social climbing here, but apparently him marrying your sister is okay, whatever, sure, BUT HE HAS JUST TOLD YOU HE HAS NEVER BEEN AND NEVER WILL BE SATISFIED.
AND YOU ARE TOTES OKAY WITH HIM MARRYING YOUR SISTER. HOW IS THIS NOT A WARNING SIGN.
What the fuck, Angelica. Just, like, what the fuck. I ASSUME YOU WERE NOT SURPRISED WHEN YOU FOUND OUT.
("Say No To This" is a song I completely just cannot wrap my head around and frankly do not understand and have listened to that song the least of the entire soundtrack, because I just cannot deal, just, like, Hamilton, at every point in this, you are making a choice, you can say no to it at any time, you are fully capable of stopping, you are just choosing not to. I do not, just never understand that whole explanation of sex "just happening" what the even hell. You do not just happen to have sex with someone. You make choices to have sex with someone. YOU ARE ABLE TO SAY NO TO THIS, HAMILTON. Argh, I hate the song. It's not a bad song, but the entire ethos behind it, I just wave my Hand Of Asexual Confusion in its general direction, with a lot of general disgust at someone not owning up to his decision to cheat.)
(Also, ever since I found out that Angelica was already married when she met Hamilton, I've been wishing the musical had gone that way instead.)
