Last night just kind of dragged by….  I got home from work and made dinner…. Chicken and mac n cheese with tomatoes…    IT IS GREAT!!! Down 18.2 pounds in 4 and a half weeks! I feel good. I am going shopping in my closet and getting clothes out that I grew out of… lol!

9 pounds Gone!!!! [:D] I thought I was gong to have a big loss just the first week with water weight loss and just drastic change in diet... I am so glad I was right!
