Aghgh! wtf? Apparently Blue Fairy face-ups are impervious to being removed?! >_< I tried to take off Enn's eyebrows (because they're entirely wrong for her character right now and she just looks so -empty- because of it xD), with not only brush cleaner--which is a new tactic that I haven't tried before--but rubbing alcohol as well!
