tough customer

I'm making up a customer service retest for one of my students, and I'm trying to decide if I had a little bit too much fun coming up with Part B.

A customer, Mrs. Macbeth, says that she is not familiar with your company's line of household cleaning products, Spick & Span. Rather, she says that she is a loyal user of Out, Damned Spot! cleaning products. Write a letter responding to this particular sales objection. (Make up addresses for the sender and recipient.)

In other work-related news, one of my students is far too hilarious. He said we're the chair bandits (inside joke) and when he checks with me to make sure he's got a math technique down, he makes wooshing noises to indicate movement of a decimal/plotting of coordinates on a grid/etc. He's fun to teach.

Today was, in my estimation, kind of shitty, and I'm not feeling too fabulous, but I'm trying to stay positive over here, so, um, oh! I got my Amazon book order in today! Woot! Man, they love me at that place. I am a valued frequent customer. Must catch up on reading. I'm going to try to fit some in this weekend. (That's book reading and f-list reading, by the way. I've been crazy busy.)
