Listening to LOVE right now, and oh gosh, it's really wonderful. I'm sure this isn't an original sentiment, but I feel like I'm hearing all the songs for the first time again. It's this one huge, colourful, extremely emotional experience. Brilliant. So much ♥.

ETA: Thanks to Beatle Blog, I made my way over to the LOVE microsite this evening. It's really very nifty. Especially nifty are the images and videos. I just watched the first one with Giles and George Martin talking about putting together the soundtrack for the show - (There is commentary from Paul, Ringo, Yoko, and Olivia as well.) - and it made me smile and "Aww" like crazy, because George Martin always frickin' does that to me. The look he gets in his eyes when he and his son are listening to/mixing "Octopus' Garden" is just the sweetest thing. (Also, holy cow, dude. Giles Martin is hot.) *big goofy smile*
