It is making fun of a government ad in Australia which tells us how much the government are doing and how much they care. The government lies.

I am IN LOVE.  I have just discovered Life on Mars and I love it.  I can only describe my love through THE OVER USE OF CAPS LOCK.  God how I LOVE IT so.

Good news: ROME is coming to Australian telly!!!!

Bad news: it’s on channel 9. I hope they don’t stuff it around. Mind you, they’re advertising it during State of Origin (which I was forced to watch) so they expect it to do well.
