Amazingly, the Bureau (the band of which I'm a part for those of you far afield) has gotten a string of writeups in the local music press in the last couple weeks.
First our Ep was one of those featured in Annie Zaleski's year end local music revue in the Riverfront Times (our local New Times affiliate). Then, then, the latest issue of Playback comes out and we're at the top of this month's Three to See list. Now, Ms. Zaleski has placed our show this Friday (at the Hi-Pointe with out-of-town acts The Unmaking of David Wright and Attractive & Popular) at the top of her Critic's Pic profile of this weekends concerts. She even called us, "St. Louis' own dark-synth gurus."
Appearantly we are no longer the best band nobody's heard of anymore. Cool.
