Day three without smoking. Yesterday was rough. Today not so bad oddly enough. I did pick up like 3 more packs of gum though at the grocery. The patch so far seems alright, but... itchy and irritating and sometimes makes my arm hurt. Plus I am fairly certain that when I put it on in the morning its making me feel queasy until after i eat breakfast- which then I naturally don't want.
