Mood Themes Are Back Up!
The animated mood themes are all available for download again!
I just moved to a new host this weekend, so it may or may not be working yet, but the graphics for the community are loading again, so that's a good sign and the zips should be downloadable. *crosses fingers* If they don't work now, try again in a day or two.
