Star trek gloriousness...and personal crap
When there's good news and bad news, what do you take first? Me personally, I always take the bad news, because then I know I have something to look forward to afterwards. The bad news is that I fell face first down a flight of steps tonight. *sigh* I swear I was not this accident prone as a child. I feel like I got beat up and I have rug burns in embarassing places, but overall I'm fine. The good news is that I'm going back to work on Monday! The other bad news is that a lovely girl I went to school with has been diagnosed with brain cancer and was given two weeks to live. Jesus Christ. Makes falling down the stairs seem like fun. I feel so deeply for her and for her family, it is hard to put into words. Now secondly, the other good news is that Star Trek is almost upon us, and I am so ready to party! These are from the LA premiere...holy shit, Eric and Karl look hot! Last but certainly not least, special squishy hugs for ki_kiwigirl, because you deserve them. ♥
