What with the who now?
I am back at work for a couple of days this week, which is weird because a) nobody is here, and b) it's Wednesday but it feels like Monday. I had four and a half days off, and this weekend is another four day weekend. I think I'm going to forget what it's like to be at work. :P NOT THAT THIS IS NECESSARILY BAD, but I think next week is going to be made of suck. THANK THE GODS THERE WILL BE NEW HAWAII FIVE-O TO CONSOLE ME.
Thing the first: Caught a bit of the Will Rogers version of A Connecticut Yankee In King Arthur's Court last night, and MYRNA LOY WAS MORGAN LE FAY. Her costumes were ridiculous, but she was HOTTER THAN THE SUN. Wish I'd recorded it.
Thing the second: Why is there not more buzz in Hawaii Five-O fandom about this movie? I mean, Alex is 28 and NGHHH, they show off all his tatts (including the tramp stamp), and he seems to spend most of the movie looking edible. Check out this vid (with the sound turned off) and wonder with me. WHERE IS THIS MOVIE. WANT IT NOW.
Thing the third: mortmere has done it again, with a brilliant BBC Sherlock twist on Klimt's The Kiss.
