Thanks to
tpod for the link to
Torquere Press. Anyone who might be interested in writing or reading original homoerotic fiction, get yer ya-yas over there and take a look. I'm salivating already! *g*
And for those of you who haven't (and *if* you haven't, I assume it's been because you've spent a large portion of your life living under a rock), go and devour Kellie Matthews' fanfic over at
her site. I've been slowly working my way through her dS oeuvre, and now that I'm coming to the end I'm ready to start all over again. She writes Fraser and Ray with a deft hand, her plots and settings are well-thought out and researched, and the love scenes are hotter'n the hinges of Hell. Her latest biggie, "Playing Wolf", is simply scrumptious--I chewed through it in a couple of days, and I adored it. The basic setup is that Fraser and Ray's romantic relationship is strained when a young, handsome Mountie arrives in Chicago from Nunavut. Only he isn't quite what he appears to be...Oh, crap. I don't want to give away the plot, but suffice it to say if you haven't read it, get yourself on down there and let it soak into your pores. And if you're not already a dS fan, Kellie's work just might convert you.
