and if i haven't mentioned in previous entries- according to the LA Times last quarter...wal mart under pays its female workers by 36 cents for every male's dollar. starting at the lowest level positions, such as stockers/cashiers/janitors/etc. and it only gets worse the higher up you go. Equivalent male and female vp positions of wal mart have a salary disparity of over $100,000 for comparable education/exerience/etc levels. based on Equal Opp Am as interpreted several times by the Supreme Court (some of which i have actually read).
