Tomorrow is the day of finality. I'm getting on a plane and not turning back till I get over the ocean... with a layover in Chicago.
Honestly, I think I'm going to be freaked out the moment I get there, but I shall persevere. I just got an informative email from the school administrators. They say they have a 24 hour library, score. Laundry facilities and phone cards, good. And breakfast lunch and dinner provided Monday through Friday, excellent cause I need to eat!
All my crap 's packed, can't believe it all fit into one suitcase and my backpack. I've decided to bring along the Nauraew profile and information so that maybe I can get some actual writing of the Tarot Tango story started. Also, I'm bringing along some materials to see if I can get some work done on a Hindu mythology based comic I’ve been wanting to do for some time. Coming along with me will be a small box of pocky. You never know, there might be otaku (or otaki? What *is* the plural form of otaku?) over there and a peace offering might be a good idea.
I can't say much more except that I'm gonna miss all you guys, Dana, Meg, Nique, my Mom. *Hugg and Kisses* Hope to talk to all of you soon.
Loves ya!
P.S. If I get stuck overseas or there is a global revolution or I'm taken hostage to be made a princess of some barbaric tribe of Bishonen on a remote island...
Dana gets my markers and colored pencils as long as she keeps them color coordinated in the way they came, my manga collection and go board.
Nique gets my anime collection, assorted dragon figurines, and my copies of the Dragon Lance novels.
Meg gets my magazine collection, all collected fanfics on my hardrive, my data disks of Fansubs, AMVs, and Scanlations, my three tarot decks, and my beloved Autumn bestowed into your care.
Stephie gets my Angel Sanctuary and Malice Mizer art books.
And Rickie gets my special edition "The Dark Crystal" DVD.
And if by some chance that I make it back from Bishonen Island (with a damn good entourage of guys I assure you) I want my stuff back... but you can share a bishonen.
