I devour story. TV series, Books, Comics, Movies, Song. All of these are encompassed in pop culture. So in turn I love pop culture. My love and concern is not for the world but this country I make my home. The best way for me as a follower of christ is live my life in a way to reflect him. I don’t know what exactly I am going to do. But I do know

I appreciate this monologue, Dan. As a Christian, I, too, feel the tension between Christian organizations and the secular media. I come from a family with a very media-conservative mother and a somewhat more lax father, so I have Dad putting on the Blues Brothers while Mom is leaning over the back of the couch and telling us how ungodly it is every time someone curses. Needless to say, it's nice to hear the opinion of a fellow Christian who is actively involved in the industry. I often struggle with knowing how much to stand up for the ideals of the Christian faith and how much to let people live their lives, and, as you said, demonstrate Christ through his work in my own life
