Thank you all for your grand contributions in trying to save me from agony. It did not work, however.
I considered Kelly's psychological disfunctions then realized it may be a little obvious considering I'm a psyc. major...
Then I considered explaining how I was struck by lightning that afternoon (which would have explained the bad hair day as well) but it was a beautiful 84 degrees yesterday...
Then I considered telling them that I "had that thing to do" with JP..but I had a feeling that might get me into a little trouble with the boyfriend.
So.. I decided upon the plague..which didn't go over well. So I ended up going. And just as I predicted I learned much more than I ever wanted to know. Did you know some men have tried using tampons? Well, NOW I DO! And I really...really.....really didn't care to know that. (I'm sure you didn't either but I had to share the pain).
