Title: A single kiss
Beta:
neko_90 - thank youuuu ♡ + sorry for bothering you with reading over my fics each time m(_ _)m
Pairing: Sakurai Sho & Aiba Masaki
Length: Drabble (around 360 words)
Rating: PG
Genre: fluff and fluff and fluff
Disclaimer: I don't own Sakuraiba. Just the plot.
Note/Comment: It's been.. quite some time since my last fic... sorry! Writer's block and change of interests kind of stopped me from writing new stuff. But well, ever since this "uchiwa/fan" topic came out (you know, fans writing mean stuff on uchiwas against Sho-chan), I got this new idea for a drabble. Enjoy!

It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words, but so is a single kiss. There are so many different meanings hidden behind each one of them; from the peck on the cheek when you greet a friend, to the wedding kiss that is supposed to bond two people together for a lifetime.
“You don’t have to cheer me up, you know.”
Sho turned his head in Aiba’s direction who loosened his lips from the sensitive spot behind Sho’s ear.
“I didn’t even do anything!”
He should have known that Sho would immediately expose him and his intentions which made him sigh in defeat.
“Am I really that easy to read?”
“Your kisses most definitely are, yes.” Sho smiled lightly.
“Every time when you want to comfort me, you kiss that spot behind my ear. I remember the night before my graduation exam at Keio. I was dead nervous and you were almost kissing it sore back then.”
Aiba couldn’t hold back a pout which made Sho smile even brighter.
“But it helped.”
When Aiba saw how Sho’s previous sad eyes started to brighten up again, he felt how this uncomfortably massive weight on his heart suddenly fell from him. Seeing Sho being devastated was the most excruciating thing on the world for Aiba.
“You shouldn’t take those uchiwas so seriously, you know? There are so many fans out there who treasure and love you. And your probably biggest one is sitting right next to you.”
Sho had to giggle at Aiba’s cheesy words.
“I love you being the number one, but isn’t it prohibited to kiss a fan?”
Sho already knew the answer to that question. And the cheekily smile on Aiba’s face confirmed that.
“We won’t know until we try?” Aiba chuckled until he was stopped by Sho’s lips finding his own.
A single kiss can mean so much - and this time Aiba swore that he could feel how the “Thank you”s and “I love you”s were flooding through his body like never before.
