I coulda told you about the 'arm bend' part. But now I'm stoked to know the really it means bend bend. English etymology is rad. Better than everyone else's.

and feel free to steal. I would like to one day be personally responsible for the invention of a word for everyday use. Of course, RamaChristmaHannahKwanzYule probably won't be it. But something, something will.
