So.
I was watching the first episode of Sherlock (again), and Watson's therapist tells him that writing a blog (or a journal) would be good for him. To get his thoughts sorted. That made me think that I should try and write a journal. At least write some more. Just, anything.
Then I thought, I already have a journal - let's just use that.
So here I am, again.
Not as a promise of lots of new posts. Just a passing thought of wanting to write, to form sentences. I want to sort out my days.
First things first, having trouble with remembering how this livejournal-life works. I guess I'll just have to figure it out.
The first thing I did today was get completely hooked on Shia's new project "He will not divide us", and as it is the middle of the night in NY when I get up here in my hometown - I was treated to some really funky shit right away. The nights, that's when things get real interesting. Following the hashtag on twitter has been a reward in itself.
I'm utterly heartbroken that it has already gotten hacked. Hope they fix it soon. Apparently the police is already at the hackers door.
But seriously:
hewillnotdivide.us Spent a few hours reading. Finished The Chemist by Stephenie Meyer. Good to see her challenging herself. It's not a spectacular book, but it's not that bad either. It's very much ok. Some of it is actually pretty great.
Then I started Victoria Aveyard's Glass Sword. Been looking forward to this.
Watched some Timeless, and then went to dinner with the people I work with. It was very nice. I ate steak. We talked and laughed and told stories from work.
I was thinking I should watch something fun and then go to bed. It is Saturday after all. I am allowed to stay up a little late, even though I've already brushed my teeth and I'm super sleepy. It's not that I am a million years old, I just like Sunday mornings. Sunday mornings are coffee and Taboo (you know, the one with Tom Hardy). Sunday mornings are nice and quiet and personal.
Just one episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation (thank you Netflix) and then I'll go to bed.
