HOLY SHITE!!!!!
So yesterday was my birthday and I also finished Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Charles found me crying my eyes out on the floor whilst I finished the book. It was kind of sad. lol. Oh well. My sister has not even started the book and I'm dying to talk to her about it (Charles hasn't finished reading the previous books and now insists he'll just wait for the movies to come out, what a prat!). Since I'm stealing comp time only here and there, any meaningful discussion of it on-line would be lost on me as I can't really pick up the discussion as often as I'd like. Let me tell you, though, I absolutely crave/dread the next book. I agree with faerishimmer regarding wanting the final book now and not wanting it for years. I really cannot believe it will be over in the next book. Ah, so many things to say about this and so little time.
Charles and I didn't really have a great day yesterday. It seems most people forgot my birthday. Oh well, once again. Anyhow, I managed to find myself a sugar-free birthday cake! Hurrah! We sneaked it up and ate it in the last hour of July 20th. It was really good. I won't go into the details of the day, since it really was one of the worst birthdays I've ever had but Charles did sing to me all day long and that made it really nice.

P.S. I just realised that the new Shoebox Project update went up yesterday, on my birtday! WOOT!!!! Now that's a birthday present I can love!
