Am having the most ridiculous day. Mostly, it is me that is ridiculous. Have not had enough sleep for over a week now, so am back and forth between really giddy and headachey with sore eyes. Played the Star Wars Life game (it's a real game, honest! no children, though. 'tis a sad, sad thing...) with the siblings and broinlaw who finally fixed the internets and cable (YAY!) and proceeded to laugh in a most demented fashion whenever someone lost a skill, failed a mission or couldn't spin the spinner, all of which happened quite frequently. Haha. Um, I win?
We also now have a table and chairs! We'd been eating various parts of the kitchen and living room floors for a week now, so chairs are a most welcome change. Now have to reteach kitties to not lie on the table. They're just so attracted to the green checkered tablecloth with a star/flower/blob in the middle. Wouldn't you be? I should post a picture of its hideousness.
In much more important and relieving news, I GOT A JOB! YAAAAAAAAAAY! I am now working at Pier 1 Imports! They have such deliciously shiny furniture that I could never afford, so hopefully I won't be able to abuse my staff discount. I could easily blow a wad on little things like sexy martini glasses (like I don't already have nine...) and delicious scented candles that give me headaches and adorable little rugs and such. Please to keep me from doing that. Ahahaha... anyway, I start on Wednesday and am muchly excited! Yay job! I was resigned to trudging back to Sears, but now I don't have to go work for DJ and push credit cards at people. I wouldn't mind working with some people again, but it's not worth the other crap that goes with it. And my starting wage is a dollar more than my leaving wage at Sears! HAHAHA, TAKE THAT! ...am very sane. Your judgmental glances are hurtful. I sound like marrasia. Maybe I'll stop channelling my mother. Ahahaha... oh dear.
AAAAAAAAAAANYWAY, I'm sure I had many more important things to babble on about. Dull day in English football, by the looks of it. Except the Liverpool derby. Poor overly attractive Liverpool, the smelly Everton side has bragging rights until after Christmas. You'd better crush them then! The prettier half of Liverpool must prevail! *pets Bunny, Crouchy, Stevie and the rest of the beauteous creatures* United managed to produce a boring-looking 1-0 over stupid Tottenham. I have absolutely no use for them, despite their supplying the England side with many a good player. Whatevs. London smells, pretty much. That is all.
